Severn Dean Lions Club (CIO) is run by its members and governed by a small board of trustees who are elected each year as officers. We hold a business meeting every month to plan our fundraising and to consider requests for help and grants.

Governance
We are a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), charity number 1178015, registered with the Charity Commission since April 2018 and a member of Lions Clubs International. We are governed in accordance with our Constitution and our Grant Making Policy. Our financial year runs from 1 July to 30 June, and our accounts are independently examined and reported each year at our AGM.
